The church is situated near Mundur Town. The church is around 11 KM distant from Thrissur Town in Thrissur-Kuttippuram road. It is in left side of this road.
The church was totally rebuilt and rededicated in year 2019. It is one of the most beautiful and modern churches in Thrissur District. The Altar and Church interiors are beautifully designed and crafted. The church facade is majestic and attractive.
The church is in the name of Our Lady of Carmel (St. Mary)
